Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia Strengthen Cooperation

DUSHANBE, 09.09.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – On September 8 in Riyadh, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia, co-chairman of the Intergovernmental Commission of Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia on trade, economic, technical and cultural cooperation Khalid Al-Falih.
The meeting focused on ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in trade, economy, investment, and attract Saudi investors to the energy, industrial, mining, agricultural, and tourism sectors of Tajikistan.
The parties stressed the importance of holding the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission of Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia on trade, economic, technical, and cultural cooperation.
