DUSHANBE, 07.10.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
