DUSHANBE, 07.10.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon took part in the informal meeting of the heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States in St. Petersburg, Russian.
The leaders of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States, in particular Emomali Rahmon, Ilham Aliyev, Nikol Pashinyan, Alexander Lukashenko, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Vladimir Putin, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and Serdar Berdimuhammadov took part in the meeting.
During the meeting, the heads of state exchanged views on strengthening the multifaceted cooperation within CIS and discussed the agenda of the forthcoming meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States in Astana.
Certain issues in the regional and international agenda of mutual concern were also discussed.
