President Emomali Rahmon Opens Bakery and Confectionery Workshop and visits the Exhibition of its Products in Istiklol

DUSHANBE, 30.03.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – In continuation of his working visit in the city of Istiklol, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, commissioned a bakery and confectionery workshop and got acquainted with its activities.
This enterprise prepares products under the brand «Fayzi Istiklol» and has a favorable opportunity to fulfill customer orders with quality and meet the needs of the city market.
Various types of cookies, cakes, sweets with different tastes, dumplings, mantu and different types of bread are cooked and offered to buyers in the bakery and confectionery workshop.
In total, up to 15 types of bread and confectionery products are prepared in this workshop.
In a month, it is possible to prepare up to 4,000 different sweets, 1,500 pieces of small and large cakes, and up to 350 kilograms of bread products, and in total, up to 5 tons of high-quality flour is used for the preparation of products.
At the bakery, 10 people, mostly women of the city, have permanent jobs, all of them have passed training courses and prepare bread and confectionery products with high quality and special taste and offer them to customers.
The workshop is equipped with efficient and modern devices for cooking bread and various types of sweets, and has the ability to cater to all types of orders according to the wishes of customers and the requirements of the consumer market.
«Fayzi Istiklol» was founded by the local businessman Khurshed Ochilov following the constructive policy of the great Leader of the Nation.
The exhibition of the final products of this workshop, which is produced under the brand name «Fayzi Istiklol», was also held here.
During the visit, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, tasked the employees and officials to pay primary attention to the quality of the final product and to increase the list of products by comprehensively studying the market requirements and customers’ wishes.
