Tajik Athletes Win a Bronze Medal in the Canoe-Four Race at the Asian Championships in Samarkand

DUSHANBE, 28.04.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On the second day of the 2023 Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint Asian Championships in Samarkand, Tajik athletes won a bronze medal in the canoe-four (С-4) race at a distance of 500 meters, reports the Rowing Federation of Tajikistan.
The youth team of Tajikistan included Firdavs Sharipov, Jaloliddin Sobirov, Shuhrat Shakarov, and Komron Shakarov.
The championship started on April 26 and will last until April 30.
The Rowing Federation of Tajikistan sent 26 athletes to these competitions.
