DUSHANBE, 10.05.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – In the Palace of the Nation, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the President of Turkmenistan, Honorable Serdar Berdimuhamedow, took part in the opening ceremony of the construction of a new school in Dusti district of Khatlon Province.

Educationists and activists of the district gathered at the construction site of the school with 1080 seats in two shifts.

First, the education veterans from both sides considered the construction of the school as a sign of eternal friendship between friendly and brotherly countries, and with good wishes and intentions for the further expansion of friendly relations between Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, kindly asked the approval of the heads of state in order to start the construction works of the comprehensive school named after Makhtumkuli in Dusti district of Khatlon Province.

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedow, with high confidence to contribute to the development of the education sector within the framework of friendship and fraternal relations between the peoples of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan with the words «Permission is granted, we wish you success and good luck» gave start to construction works for a comprehensive school named after Makhtumkuli in the farming economy «Ergash Sultonov» of Dusti district.
