FM Muhriddin Tells About Tajikistan’s Initiatives in Implementing the 2030 Agenda in the Field of Sustainable Development

DUSHANBE, 21.09.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On September 20, in the margins of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin participated and addressed the High-level Dialogue on Financing for Development.
In his statement, the Minister spoke about Tajikistan’s initiatives in the implementation of 2030 Agenda and emphasized the importance of the revitalization of the UN activities in order to support member-states in their efforts to implement the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development and financing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Muhriddin also expressed support for restructuring international financial architecture to ensure the mobilization of stable and long-term financing scale for investments needed.
