Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon Attends the Commissioning of an Additional Building of General Secondary Education Institution No. 3 in Rudaki District

DUSHANBE, 26.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On October 26, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, inaugurated an additional building of the general secondary education institution No. 3 in the town of Somoniyon of Rudaki district.
The additional building of the institution consists of a basement and 24 classrooms and is designed for 1240 seats in two shifts.
The educational institution consists of three floors. It was reported that 76 teachers teach in the institution.
The total number of students of general secondary education institution No. 3 of Rudaki district is 2450 people.
The facility was built by «Bodoma» LLC with the funding of the Rudaki district executive body.
40 people worked on the construction work in the new educational building.
During the acquaintance with the activities of this new educational institution and talking with students and teachers, the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon expressed his opinion on the measures of the Government of the country regarding the development of the education sector of the country and mentioned that the children of the period of independence of Tajikistan should meet all standards of scientific education.
It was said that Rudaki district is one of the most populous regions of the country, and the total number of students in this district reaches 105,659. It was emphasized that there are 137 educational institutions in the district, and the total number of teachers in educational institutions reaches 4412.
Based on the instructions of the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon, on the eve of the new academic year 2023-2024, 82 classrooms for 1968 seats were built and put to use in 14 educational institutions of Rudaki district. Also, by the end of this year, the construction of new educational buildings and additional classrooms is planned in 18 other schools, consisting of 205 classrooms and providing 4,920 seats. With the commissioning of educational institutions and additional classrooms, the problem of lack of seats will be solved step by step.
