Prime Minister of Tajikistan Meets the Premier of the State Council of China

DUSHANBE, 27.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On October 26 in Bishkek, on the sidelines of the 22nd meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of Government, the Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda held a meeting with the Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China Li Qiang.
It was noted that Tajikistan and China are ready to jointly promote the implementation of the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative, to more effectively respond to global challenges and promote common development and prosperity.
Rasulzoda noted that Tajik-Chinese relations have a long history, deep foundation and rich content.
“Tajikistan appreciates China’s strong support and is ready to work towards strengthening traditional friendship, promoting the joint construction of the Belt and Road, and deepening cooperation in areas such as industry, agriculture, transport, energy, infrastructure and the digital economy,” said Tajik Prime Minister.
