Tajikistan Sends Humanitarian Aid to Quake-hit Afghanistan

DUSHANBE, 18.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon humanitarian aid was sent to the people affected by the earthquake that hit Afghanistan, National News Agency Khovar reports.
Humanitarian aid consists of winter clothing and shoes, food, building materials, tents, winter blankets, bedding, drinking water and other vital items, with a total volume of about 3, 300 tons.
Humanitarian aid is delivered to Afghanistan through 130 trucks, and it is considered a great example of continuous care and support of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon.
