Cooperation between Tajikistan and UNESCO Discussed in Paris

DUSHANBE, 13.11.2023 (NIAT Khovar) – On November 11, in Paris, within the framework of participation in the 42nd session of the General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chairman of the National Commission of Tajikistan for UNESCO Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the UNESCO Director-General Audrey Azoulay.
The meeting focused on the content and level of multifaceted relations of Tajikistan with UNESCO.
The parties mentioned the 30th anniversary of the membership of Tajikistan to UNESCO and the establishment of the National Commission for UNESCO.
They also expressed hope in achieving new heights of cooperation with Tajikistan in all areas of the Organization’s activities.
