DUSHANBE, 14.03.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On March 12, in Geneva, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to the Swiss Confederation, Permanent Representative of Tajikistan to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva Sharaf Sheralizoda met with the Secretary-General of the World Meteorological Organization Professor Celeste Saulo.
The parties discussed issues related to climate change, environmental protection, the study of glaciers, as well as the implementation process of the initiative of Tajikistan — the International Year of Glaciers’ Preservation 2025.
