President Emomali Rahmon Signs a Number of Laws

DUSHANBE, 01.03.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, signed the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan «On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Education» and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Insurance Activities».
According to the amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Education» all students are enrolled in general secondary education. They can receive general secondary education at the secondary comprehensive schools or at the primary and secondary vocational schools. This change allows students to gain both general education and have a profession at the same time. The introduced changes contribute to the training of workers who meet the requirements of the labor market.
The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Insurance Activities» aims to improve the system of insurance organizations, control the activities of insurance market participants and regulate the licensing system for the implementation of insurance activities.
