DUSHANBE, 02.07.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 2, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif arrived on an official visit to the Republic of Tajikistan.
The official welcoming ceremony of the high-ranking guest was held in the square of the Palace of the Nation, which was festively decorated on this occasion.
The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, warmly welcomed the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Honorable Shehbaz Sharif, and invited him to the honorary podium.
The welcoming ceremony began with the report of the commander of the honor guard, the playing of the national anthems of the two countries, passing along the honor guard, the high-ranking guest’s paying respect to the Tajik state flag and introduction of the official delegations of the two sides, and completed with the marching of the units of the honor guard before the Leader of the Nation and the high-ranking guest.
