Batken Hosts the Meeting of the Topographic Working Groups and Working Groups on Legal Issues of the Tajik and Kyrgyz Government Delegations
DUSHANBE, 17.09.2024 (NIAT Khovar) — In accordance with the agreement reached, from September 11 through September 17, the next meeting of the topographic working groups and working groups on legal issues of the Government delegations of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic on border delimitation and demarcation was held in the Kyrgyz city of Batken.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged proposals on describing the passage of the Tajik-Kyrgyz state border line in the remaining sections.
The parties will continue to work on describing the remaining sections at the next meeting, which will be held in Tajikistan.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
