Batken Hosts the Meeting of the Topographic Working Groups and Working Groups on Legal Issues of the Tajik- Kyrgyz Government Delegations

DUSHANBE, 13.10.2024 (NIAT Khovar) — From October 7 to 13, a regular meeting of topographic working groups and working groups on legal issues of the government delegations of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan on the delimitation and demarcation of the state border between the two countries took place in Batken, Batken region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) of the Republic of Tajikistan, during the meeting, the parties exchanged proposals on describing the passage of the Tajik-Kyrgyz state border line in the remaining sections.
The parties will continue to work on describing the remaining sections at the next meeting, which will be held in Tajikistan.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
