Tajik Team Knows Opponents at the 2027 Asian Cup Qualifiers
DUSHANBE, 09.12.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – The national football team of Tajikistan will play in Group A in the qualifying tournament of the 2027 Asian Cup.
Tajik team’s opponents will be Philippines, Maldives and East Timor.
On December 9, the draw was held at the headquarters of the Asian Football Confederation in Kuala Lumpur. Based on its results, six groups of four teams each were formed. Each team will play six matches in the group — three at home and three away.
Only the winners of the six qualifying groups will advance to the 2027 Asian Cup, which will be held in Saudi Arabia.
