President of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian Receives Foreign Minister of Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, 19.05.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On May 18, 2025, in Tehran, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, H.E. Masoud Pezeshkian, received the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Sirojiddin Muhriddin, who is on a working visit to Iran, reports Tajik MoFA Press-office.
At the outset of the meeting, Sirojiddin Muhriddin conveyed to the President of Iran good wishes and greetings from the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Emomali Rahmon. M.Pezeshkian, recalling the positive outcomes of his visit to Tajikistan in January of this year and expressing gratitude for the warm hospitality extended by President of our country Emomali Rahmon, noted with satisfaction the steady strengthening of the multifaceted relations between the two friendly countries.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan emphasized that the implementation of the agreements reached at the highest level provides a solid foundation for further expanding bilateral cooperation in the economic, trade, cultural, and tourism spheres. He also reaffirmed Tajikistan’s commitment to deepening the partnership across these areas.
The two sides also exchanged views on current regional and international developments.
