Prime Minister of Tajikistan Meets with UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism

DUSHANBE, 16.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 16, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Kohir Rasulzoda, met with Minister of Economy and Tourism of the United Arab Emirates, Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri.
The two officials discussed key areas of cooperation, particularly in the fields of economy and trade, industry, energy, tourism, aviation, and agriculture.
It was emphasized that both countries attach great importance to the development of trade and economic ties, recognizing the significant role of the Tajikistan–UAE Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, and Technical Cooperation in advancing this agenda.
The launch of additional flights between the capitals and other major cities of Tajikistan and the UAE was identified as an important step toward enhancing tourism and expanding bilateral trade.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening and expanding fruitful cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
