The Head of state Emomali Rahmon visits Mirali Mahmadali Farm in Vose district

Continuing his working visit to Vose district, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, visited the Mirali Mahmadali Farm in the village of Miraliobod.
It was reported that on this plot of land, gardeners are engaged in growing pear, peach, plum, date, walnut, and apricot trees.
Lemon seedlings are grown in the farm’s greenhouse, which is another good source of income for workers.
In order to effectively use the land, vegetables such as tomatoes, bell peppers, pumpkins, beets, and carrots, turnips, cabbage, red beets, grain corn, etc. have been planted between the rows of trees.
In Vose district, which is one of the largest agrarian and industrial regions of Khatlon Province, out of the total area of 23,334 hectares of arable land, 1,632 hectares are orchards.
It was reported that as of October 1, 2025, more than 36 thousand tons of fruits and grapes were produced in all forms of farming in the district.
After getting acquainted with the growth of trees, the state of lemon cultivation in the farm greenhouse and the effective use of land, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, gave useful recommendations to workers for the development of the horticulture sector and the effective use of each piece of land.
