Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon arrived in Sughd Province

On November 18, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, arrived on a visit to Sughd Province to inaugurate various facilities, get acquainted with the living conditions of the people, and the progress of development and construction works.
At the Khujand International Airport, the Head of State was warmly welcomed by the Chairman of the Sughd Province, Rajab Ahmadzoda, and other officials.
It is worth noting that, under the guidance of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, more than 12,000 various facilities have been put into operation in Sughd Province in anticipation of the 35th anniversary of state independence after construction, repair, and modernization, and another 2,000 facilities will be built by September 2026.
