On December 9, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, during his working visit to the city of Tursunzoda, put into operation the building of the Private Preschool Educational Institution «Ghunchahoi Istiqlol» in the village of Ismoili Somoni.

It was reported that the new kindergarten building was built as part of the development plan dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The construction of the institution began in February 2024 and was built in a short time in accordance with the requirements of architecture and urban planning by the domestic entrepreneur Nematullo Haitov.

The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, had a cordial conversation with the pupils and presented them with gifts.

The beautiful, newly built institution is designed for 250 children. The facility provides good conditions for children’s intellectual development, mastering modern knowledge, and engaging them in various fun games.

Education is conducted in Tajik, Russian, and English.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, visited the classrooms, bedrooms, and general conditions of this new and modern preschool educational institution and gave instructions and recommendations to those responsible for the proper education and upbringing of children.

35 caregivers and other experienced specialists in the field are employed in the new kindergarten.

The commissioning of the Ghunchahoi Istiqlol preschool educational institution is an important part of the constructive measures of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to improve the level and quality of preschool education. The construction of such a social facility is a testament to the Leader of the Nation’s constant attention to children — future generation of the nation.

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, while familiarizing himself with the created conditions, highly appreciated the quality of the work and stated that preschool education is a very important stage in the development of the intellectual abilities of adolescents.

It was emphasized that the expansion of such patriotic initiatives will contribute to the implementation of the requirements of the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period until 2030 to include as many children as possible in preschool education.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, called the opening of the modern kindergarten a valuable gift and thanked the esteemed entrepreneur for this noble initiative.
