On December 9, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, put into operation Secondary Educational Institution No. 23 in the village of Regar, Tursunzoda city.
The facility was built in continuation of the leadership initiatives of the Head of State in improving the educational and upbringing environment and developing the science and education sector with the contribution of generous and patriotic residents and entrepreneurs.
It was reported that the construction of this facility began in 2021.
The new educational institution has the opportunity to educate the future generation of the nation in the best conditions. 20 classrooms equipped with the most important teaching aids are planned for 1,056 students in two shifts.
The subject rooms for chemistry, biology, physics, geography, labor education, initial military training, and information technology are built in accordance with the requirements and will lay the foundation for the formation of the minds and thinking of students. The institution has computers connected to Internet.
Another advantage of the institution is the sports field, which was built for playing football, volleyball, and basketball, and will contribute to promoting the formation of a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness of students.
The canteen and other auxiliary facilities built in the institution will lay the foundation for improving the quality of education and the work of teachers.
While getting acquainted with the conditions and capabilities of this new educational institution, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the quality of construction work and called contributing to the education of the younger generation a worthy act.
In this regard, he thanked the residents and generous and patriotic entrepreneurs for this noble initiative and guided the teachers to the good education and upbringing of the future generation.
