Tajikistan and India expand cooperation in energy and water resources

The Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, Daler Jum met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Republic of Tajikistan, Rajesh Wic, Khovar reports via the press centre of the ministry.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation in the fields of energy and water resources. Discussions were also held on the implementation of investment projects in the field of renewable energy sources.
At the same time, issues related to strengthening scientific and technical cooperation, training specialists, exchanging experience, and implementing joint initiatives within the framework of regional and international programmes were discussed.
The parties confirmed their readiness to continue constructive dialogue and further develop mutually beneficial cooperation.
