On February 25, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, met with personnel appointed to leadership positions in the Ministries of Justice, Culture, the Prosecutor’s Office, the State Committee for National Security, the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, the Accounts Chamber and other bodies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

By Decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the First Deputy and Deputy Ministers of Justice, the Deputy Minister of Culture, the Head of the State Supervision Service for Occupational Safety in Industry and Mining under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Local Development under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan were appointed from among experienced personnel.

Based on Clause 8, Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the proposal of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the dismissal of Bobokhonzoda Asomuddin from the post of judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan due to transfer to another job” was approved by the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan”, the proposals of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on the dismissal of Ahmadzoda Shuhrat Ahmad from the position of the Chief Auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan and his appointment to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Accounts Chamber, and on the appointment of Mahmadsharifzoda Parviz Mahmadsharif to the position of the Chief Auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan were submitted to the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In agreement with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, the heads of a number of departments of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Prosecutors of the Vanj, Murghab districts of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Province, the Hamadoni and Khovaling districts of the Khatlon Province, the city of Buston, Bobojon Ghafurov, Jabbor Rasulov and Kuhistoni Mastchoh districts of the Sughd Province, the heads of departments of the State Committee for National Security in a number of cities and districts of the country, the heads of the departments of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in cities and districts of the Kulob and Rasht regions were replaced.

During the conversation, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, set specific tasks for them to accelerate the process of digitization and transition to cashless payments, promote and encourage high national culture, prevent superstitions, combat crime, including corruption and drug trafficking, ensure justice and the rule of law, and treat people well.

It was emphasized that each of them, and in general all civil servants, must be exemplary in society by observing law and legal order, sectoral charters and regulations, displaying good manners and ethics, a high sense of patriotism, and self-awareness.
