Tajikistan, Belarus Discuss Cultural Cooperation

Bakhtovar Safarzoda, ambassador of Tajikistan to Belarus, met with Ruslan Chernetsky, Belarus’ minister of culture, to discuss cultural cooperation between the two countries.
According to the Tajikistan Embassy in Belarus, the talks focused on priority areas in the fields of culture and art and noted the growing bilateral cooperation driven by the policies of both countries’ leadership.
A key topic was the upcoming Days of Culture of Tajikistan in Belarus, scheduled for late April. The event will feature a concert, exhibitions of paintings and folk crafts, screenings of national films, and a scientific and cultural forum.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the two sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cultural and humanitarian ties and expressed confidence in the successful implementation of the agreements reached.
