Leader of the Nation to receive credentials from fifteen new ambassadors to Tajikistan
Dushanbe, 18.11.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon will receive on Tuesday November 22 the credentials of fifteen new foreign ambassadors to Tajikistan, the Tajik MFA information department said.
According to the Tajik MFA press service, this time the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon will receive credentials from the ambassadors of France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vatican, New Zealand, Moldova, Austria, Greece, the Czech Republic, Italy, and the Netherlands.
During the ceremony, the president, accompanied by his aide on international affairs and the foreign minister, receives these documents from each of the diplomats one after another. After they hand over their letters of credence to the Leader of the Nation, he welcomes them with a brief speech and will mark the beginning of their diplomatic careers in Tajikistan.
