Tajik-French inter-parliamentary cooperation discussed in Paris
DUSHANBE, 08.12.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The issues to promote bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and France, including in the sphere of inter-parliamentary cooperation, economy and energy, as well as on combating modern threats were discussed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Muzaffar Huseinzoda and member of the People’s National Assembly of France (the Lower Chamber of Parliament), Deputy Chairman of Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group of Tajikistan and France Thierry Mariani in Paris. It has been reported by the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in France.
“The sides also had constructive talks on the strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation in the areas of mutual interest and partnership within the framework of international organizations”, — says the Embassy.
It is reported that the meeting took place on December 7 within the framework of the visit of Deputy Foreign Minister to Paris to attend the political consultations between Tajikistan and France.
