Working groups of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan Governmental delegations discussed border issues in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 10.01.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On January 8-9, 2018, there was held in Dushanbe a meeting of the working groups of the Governmental delegations of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the delimitation and demarcation of the Tajik-Uzbek State Border. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Tajik Foreign Ministry’s Information Department.
The meeting discussed relevant issues of passing the line of the Tajik-Uzbek State Border in its remaining areas.
The meeting of the working group continues today, January 10, 2018 within the framework of the joint meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the delimitation and demarcation of the Tajik-Uzbek State Border chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Qohir Rasulzoda and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov.
