Tajikistan and Bulgaria to Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation
DUSHANBE, 25.09.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with Bulgaria’s Deputy Prime Minister for Judicial Reform and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva.
The meeting took place on September 23 in New York on the sidelines of the 74th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, reported the Tajik Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Bulgaria in economy, trade, culture, and education.
The politicians also exchanged views on cooperation within the framework of the European Union Strategy for Central Asia, including on the issues relating to the regional security and countering terrorism.
