Qatar Seeks to Strengthen Cooperation with Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 04.12.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan Ramazon Rahimzoda met with the Qatari Ambassador to Tajikistan Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al Abdullah.
The meeting focused on cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries in the fight against organized crime, terrorism, extremism and other challenges of the modern world.
The parties noted that cooperation between law enforcement agencies of Tajikistan and Qatar is developing due to the political will of the two heads of state.
The meeting also focused on the situation in Afghanistan and Qatar’s contribution to the fight against terrorism.
Al Abdullah noted that Qatar seeks to further strengthen cooperation with Tajikistan.
