Joint Tajik-Uzbek Demarcation Commission Holds Its First Meeting
DUSHANBE, 09.01.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The Joint Tajik-Uzbek Demarcation Commission held its first meeting on January 7 in Tashkent, reports the Tajik Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties noted the high level of bilateral relations, which are supported by strategic partnership.
During the meeting, the regulatory and technical documents that will serve as the foundation for further demarcation of the Tajik-Uzbek state border were approved and the schedule of meetings for 2020 was also agreed upon.
The corresponding protocol was signed following the meeting.
