US Ambassador Pommersheim Congratulates Tajik Citizens with the International Mother Language Day
DUSHANBE, 22.02.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, while congratulating Tajik citizens with the International Mother Language Day, the US Ambassador to Tajikistan John Mark Pommersheim recited a Tajik poem by Abuabdullohi Rudaki.
“Happy International Mother Language Day! International Mother Language Day has been observed every year since February 2000 to promote linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism.
