Tajikistan and EU Will Strengthen Tourism Cooperation
DUSHANBE, 04.03.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Chairman of the Committee for Tourism Development under the government of Tajikistan Shirin Amonzoda met with the EU Delegation head to Tajikistan Marilyn Josefson.
The meeting focused on strengthening of bilateral relations with EU member states in the tourism sector, including health tourism, exchange of experience and ways to bring tourism cooperation to a new level based on the implementation of the Tourism Development Strategy of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030, reports the Tajik Committee for Tourism Development.
Amonzoda also informed Josefson about the process of tourism development in Tajikistan and President Emomali Rahmon’s initiatives in this sector.
