A Virtual Round Table Held Devoted to Tourism Sector
DUSHANBE, 14.04.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – A virtual round table event “Made in Tajikistan Initiative – Tourism” was held on Monday to discuss the situation in the tourism sector.
Representatives of the Tajik Committee for Tourism Development, private sector, heads of country’s travel agencies, industry experts, advisors and members of the Tajik-British Chamber of Commerce and the Tajik Cultural Center in London attended the event, reports the Committee for Tourism Development.
The round table focused on issues relating to cooperation and identification of areas of activity of the Chamber of Commerce and the Tajik Cultural Center in London for the development of priority areas, including tourism.
The round table was held within the framework of the implementation of a new platform “Made in Tajikistan Initiative” which has been launched by the Tajik Embassy, the Chamber of Commerce and the Tajik Cultural Center in London. In the future, the platform will continue its work with a selection of new topics in various fields.
