Dushanbe Hosted SCO Council of National Coordinators Meeting

DUSHANBE, 30.01.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The SCO Council of National Coordinators (CHS) meeting was held on January 26-29 in Dushanbe under the chairmanship of the Tajik side.
The delegations discussed in detail the progress of preparations for the next SCO summit to be held on September 16-17, as well as exchanged views on the draft Agenda and the List of documents submitted for signing at the CHS.
The National Coordinators also discussed the drafts of the Plan of Major SCO Events for 2021 and approved the Program of Cooperation between the SCO Foreign Ministries for 2021.
The meeting participants also had a thorough exchange of views on the new rotation cycle of the heads of the SCO permanent bodies from January 1, 2022, as well as on other issues on the Organization’s agenda.
The CHS coordinates the SCO current activities and ensures the interaction between the SCO relevant ministries and departments.
