Saudi Investment in the Tajik Agro-Industrial Sector Discussed in Riyadh

DUSHANBE, 16.02.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Ambassador of Tajikistan to Saudi Arabia Akram Karimi met with the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdurrahman Al-Fadley.
The meeting focused on the issues of cooperation in the field of agriculture and ways of attracting Saudi investors to the agro-industrial sector of Tajikistan.
The parties stressed the importance of establishing direct contacts between the private sectors of the two countries.
They also stressed the need to develop draft agreements on bilateral cooperation in the agricultural sector.
