Tajik and Turkish FMs Discuss Afghan situation
DUSHANBE, 19.08.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sirojiddin Muhriddin had a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu at the initiative of the Turkish side.
The ministers discussed the state and prospects of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Turkey.
The officials emphasized their interest in strengthening bilateral political, trade, economic, and cultural relations, as well as the development of cooperation in tourism and education.
The conversation also focused on the interactions between the countries within the framework of international organizations and the current situation in Afghanistan.
