Tajikistan and Uzbekistan Discuss Proposals on the Construction of the Project Demarcation Line of the State Border

DUSHANBE, 19.12.2022 (NIAT Khovar) – From December 12 through December 19, Uzbekistan hosted a regular meeting of working groups of the joint Tajik-Uzbek demarcation commission.
The meeting focused on the proposals of the parties on the construction of the project demarcation line of the Tajik-Uzbek state border.
The parties also summed up the work done in 2022 and agreed on the schedule of meetings for 2023.
The relevant protocol was signed following the meeting.
The next meeting will take place in Tajikistan.
