Tajikistan, Kazakhstan parliamentary permanent commission discussed issues of cooperation

DUSHANBE, 22.06.2024 /NIAT «Khovar»/. The second meeting of the Permanent Commission on Cooperation between Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place.
The co-chairmen of the Permanent Commission — First Deputy Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Rajabboy Ahmadzoda and Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakip Asanov made a speech.
During the meeting the prospects of development of inter-parliamentary cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the joint fight against climate change and rational use of water resources were discussed.
Confidence was expressed that the next meeting of the Permanent Commission on Cooperation between the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan will contribute to the development of relations between the two countries in various areas of cooperation.
Appropriate decisions were made on the issues discussed at the second meeting of the Commission.
