DUSHANBE, 04.12.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On December 4, a telephone conversation was held between the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Honorable Ilham Aliyev.
During the conversation, the results of the COP29 Summit, separate issues of bilateral relations, as well as issues of cooperation within the framework of the CIS in the context of Tajikistan’s upcoming chairmanship in this organization, were discussed.
The Leader of the Nation highly appreciated the successful outcomes of the COP29 Summit in Baku, considering its results to be very important for the further advancement of the global climate agenda.
