Prime Minister of Tajikistan Meets Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan

DUSHANBE, 05.06.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda met with Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev, who arrived in Dushanbe to attend the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
The two sides discussed a wide range of issues concerning bilateral cooperation, including the development of trade and economic relations, transport and logistics connectivity, partnerships in the water and energy sectors, and environmental protection.
It was paid special attention to strengthening good-neighborly relations, implementing mutually beneficial projects, and promoting dialogue at all levels.
Both parties emphasized the importance of coordinating efforts to ensure sustainable development and regional stability.
Following the meeting, the sides expressed their readiness to further expand constructive cooperation based on mutual respect and strategic partnership.
The CIS Council of Heads of Government meeting is scheduled today in Dushanbe.
