Gallup: Tajikistan Tops Global Safety, Stability, and Public Trust Rankings

DUSHANBE, 20.09.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – Tajikistan has ranked first in the “Law and Order” Index Scores among the world’s safest countries, a measure encompassing security, societal stability, and citizens’ trust in law enforcement authorities. This is reported in the Global Safety Report – 2025 by the American public opinion research institute Gallup.

In addition to Tajikistan (97%), the top ten safest countries in the world according to the “Law and Order” index include Singapore (95%), Kosovo (94%), China, Iceland, and Vietnam (each 93%), Norway (92%), as well as Austria, Bahrain, and Oman (each 91%).

The survey underlying the Global Safety Report – 2025 shows that residents of Tajikistan feel completely safe during nighttime walks and have full trust in the country’s law enforcement authorities.

It is worth noting that these achievements on the international stage reflect the successful policies of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. The government’s initiatives and consistent actions have ensured nationwide security and stability, further enhancing Tajikistan’s reputation and influence in the global arena.
