President Emomali Rahmon attended commissioning ceremony of Clinical Endocrinology Center of Sughd Province

On November 18, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, opened the Clinical Endocrinology Center of Sughd Province named after Jahon Nabiev in the city of Khujand.
The new building consists of 5 floors and a basement, and 5 departments and clinics are operating there. After the new building was put into operation, the operating room, intensive care, rescue and anesthesia rooms have been operated for the first time in the Clinical Endocrinology Center of Sughd Province.
The introduction of more than 40 new devices and equipment for diagnosis and treatment has brought the possibilities for providing services to people suffering from diabetes, liver diseases, pancreas, infertility, malnutrition, obesity, diabetes insipidus, and other types of diseases to the requirements.
In addition, 4 new departments were established in the center — admission, surgery, liver diseases, and children’s.
The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, instructed relevant officials and doctors to effectively use the existing modern conditions and provide high-quality services.
With the commissioning of the new building, the number of beds increased from 80 to 200.
To organize training, practical classes for students, and various events, educational halls and rooms are used in accordance with a modern design, which contributes to increasing the efficiency of work and improving the quality of education.
The Clinical Endocrinology Center of Sughd Province is equipped with a single oxygenation network in accordance with world standards, and ventilation technology is active.
