Foreign Minister of Tajikistan receives copy of credentials of new US Ambassador
Sirodjidin Aslov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, today received a copy of the credentials of the newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the Republic of Tajikistan, Elisabeth Inga Millard.
According to the MFA Information Department, during the meeting the sides discussed the prospects of bilateral relations between the two countries.
Also the exchange of views on regional security, particularly security issues on Tajik-Afghan border regions and US assistance in this direction was held.
