Tajikistan, Egypt Discuss Security Cooperation Against Terrorism and Extremism

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan, Ramazon Rahimzoda, met with Egypt’s Ambassador to Tajikistan, Thamer Fathi Abdussalom Hammad, to discuss bilateral cooperation.
According to the country’s Interior Ministry, the two sides discussed strengthening cooperation between their respective internal affairs agencies in combating terrorism, extremism and other modern threats.
They also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest and expressed readiness to further expand cooperation.
