Deputy Foreign Minister Zohidi received eight newly-appointed Ambassadors to Tajikistan
Dushanbe, 11.03.2016. (NIAT «Khovar»). — Deputy Foreign Minister of Tajikistan Zohidi received copies of credentials presented by eightnewly-appointed Ambassadors to Tajikistan on Thursday.
According to the Tajik MFA Information Department, Ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Ivanov, Kingdom of Sweden Ingrid Tersman,Hungary Andras Baranyi, Hellenic Republic (Greece) Danai-Magdalene Kumanakou,the Republic of Ireland Adrian McDade, Federative Republic of Brazil Claudio Raja Gabaglia Lins, Brunei-Darussalam Haji Mahadi Maidin and Togolese Republic Ouro Sama Muhammad Sad presented copies of their credentials.
After the ceremony Nizomiddin Zohidi held separate bilateral meetings with newly appointed ambassadors where the issues of the current state and perspectives of the development of relations of the Republic of Tajikistan with these countries were discussed.
The First Deputy Minister congratulated the Ambassadors on their appointment to the post and wished them every success in the execution of their mission.
