11.11.2016, Dushanbe city 尊敬各位来宾，朋友们！ 文化是人类最大的精神财富，有助于人类审美观念的升华。文化使人们之间的交流得以深化，使社会变得更加和平、稳定。 文化是不竭的源泉，它象征一国人民的美好愿望，是展示民俗风情的一面镜子，人类通过文化表达自己对人生最好的憧憬。 当今世界，各文化间的对话日益为人们所重视，文化已成为改善人与人之间关系及实现梦想的有效工具和实现人类建设性目标的重要途径。 有文化修养的人能够转危为安。文化激励人们不断创造美好幸福的生活，驱走心中的仇恨和暴力。 人通过文化形成强烈的感召力和向心力，从而使整个社会凝聚起来，让人成为地球和平与稳定的支持者。 因此，我们在执行国家政策中总是把发展文化摆在重要位置，并全力推动和支持文化事业。 获得独立后，塔吉克斯坦政府就意识到并宣布文化是塔吉克民族的安身立命之本，是提高社会人民精神思维的重要途径，因此塔吉克斯坦政府实施一切必要措施来推进文化的发展。 在过去的25年间，国家为发展文化创造了全部必要条件，设立了专门培养文化人才的教育机构，每年有数百名有才华的青年被各文化院校录取。塔吉克斯坦青年一代不仅为学习专业知识而努力，同时也为推动文化创新做出重要贡献。 如今，包括绘画艺术在内的各类艺术在塔吉克斯坦得到充分发展，我们画家的艺术创意举世闻名。 塔吉克斯坦画家参展的作品和艺术才能享誉全球。塔吉克斯坦国立艺术设计学院和塔吉克斯坦国家美术科学院的成立为塔吉克斯坦雕塑艺术的发展奠定了良好基础，这些艺术院校的学生已取得卓越成就。 我们在全国各地为画家和雕塑家们创造了良好的创作氛围，艺术家们通过参与各种建筑的设计工作来展现自己的作品。 国家民族博物馆和国家图书馆有条件优越的展厅，供画家们展示自己的作品。同样，各州大城市均成立了艺术中心。这些艺术中心不仅帮助画家们实现了自己的艺术梦想，而且促进了画家们与民众之间的互动，令民众能欣赏到他们的作品，走进他们的世界，大开眼界。 值得高兴的是，在塔吉克斯坦共和国独立25周年之际，在首都杜尚别市隆重举办“丝路明珠”国际和平画家绘画作品展。此次画展将有利于加强文化合作，尤其是加强绘画艺术领域的合作。 借此机会，我谨向各位画家、来宾和出席此画展的朋友们祝贺“丝路明珠”画展开幕。 各位来宾， 画家不仅是文化的推广者，也是和平的使者，是友谊的象征。他们作品的主题包含了和平友谊在内的许多重要国际热点话题。 世界各国画家，不论种族和信仰，都特别重视和平这个主题。他们通过色彩来展现人的生命。 画家们通过他们栩栩如生的作品号召人们做善事，成为慷慨、有尊严的人。他们作品的内容除了和平友谊之外还表达了反战、包容、同情、合作等主题。 画家创作的最终目的就是使人类能够和平共处。通过描绘当前国际问题、自然风景达到教育人类的目的。这一类主题的作品无疑具有较高的教育意义。 作品常用的色彩当中，黑色代表邪恶，而绿﹑红﹑白﹑粉则代表和平﹑美丽﹑光明﹑幸福﹑爱情﹑真诚和人格。 颜色的选择也表明画家跟其他艺术群体一样，是人类与宇宙和谐共处的推动者。 我相信，参加今天画展的来自亚欧30多个国家的画家参展的作品中就有彰显我所提到的和平友谊主题。我相信，画家们会通过这个平台讨论人类生活的未来，关注人类对美好生活的追求，思考摆脱全球性威胁的途径。 女士们，先生们！ 我特别想再次强调伟大的丝绸之路在当今形势下的作用。丝绸之路开辟至今，像中华民族一样，塔吉克人民呵护和推动它的发展。甚至在一段时间粟特语作为各民族间的共同交流语言，帮助将丝绸之路的地理概念从中国扩大到地中海。 后来通过丝绸之路，各民族开展了以文化为中心的各种交往。丝绸之路使包括音乐﹑舞蹈﹑绘画﹑建筑艺术等文化形式得到发展。 各民族文化的融合加深了各国人民之间的友谊。 幸运的是，二十一世纪是丝绸之路复兴的新时期，由于这条历史性通道的存在，沿线各国领导人设立了不同形式的会晤，通过这些机制的运作来推动各国之间的贸易、经济和文化合作。 科学和文化领域的合作是各国合作的主要方向，是相互了解的重要途径。我们多次见证了国家间举行的文化活动，在此框架内举办文化人士交流，艺术节，文化比赛，不同形式的圆桌会议等。今天的画展也是各国人民相互了解的文化平台之一。 我期待，本次绘画文化系列活动将成为各国文化对话的窗口，使世界各国人民之间的友谊彼此更近。毕竟当今世界毫无疑问的对文化的多样性给予尊重和支持。 塔吉克斯坦人民始终认为文化是民族安身立命之本，并给予尊重和全方位的发展。 在历史悠久的塔吉克斯坦绘画宝库里能找出一些与希腊时期作品同等价值的作品。 考古学家在塔吉克斯坦巴达赫尚自治州海拔4100米的高山上发现了原始壁画。这些原始壁画以“马尔坎索文化壁画”闻名于世。马尔坎索文化是世界上最古老的石器时代高原文化。 中世纪塔吉克民族的书皮设计艺术和小型绘画艺术得到更大发展，当时艺术家们基于古代诗歌的故事内容进行创作。 当时他们创作的作品内容主要展现战场奋斗，文化活动，打猎，自然景观，待客，名人肖像等。 14世纪末和15世纪初赫拉特艺术学派形成，卡莫利丁·贝赫佐德是该学派当之无愧的著名代表。卡莫利丁·贝赫佐德被称为是«东方的拉斐尔»，他的后代给卡莫利丁冠以“导师”、“时代第一画家”和“时代之珠”等称号。 卡莫利丁·贝赫佐德作品的现实主义主要表现在于其民间生活的描绘。卡莫利丁·贝赫佐德同样有一些描述民俗风情和人物肖像的宝贵作品。
