Turkey provided aid to the quake-affected population of Badakhshan Region
Dushanbe, 21.01.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). — The Embassy of Turkey in Tajikistan and the Agency for International Cooperation and Development of Turkey today handed over to the Agency for State Material Reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the humanitarian aid for the quake-affected population of Badakhshan region.
According to the Embassy of Turkey in Tajikistan, over 80 tons of humanitarian aid includes food, sanitary materials and blankets for 500 families living in the disaster zone.
