Dushanbe, 22.04.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/.  Today, the working visit of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon in Yovon district of Khatlon Region began with the inauguration of secondary educational institution #16 which has been constructed in the village of Dahana rural community of Dahana.

President Emomali Rahmon in a solemn ceremony cut the symbolic ribbon and put into operation the school.

The modern educational institution was built under the direct orders and recommendations of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon by local entrepreneur Bahriddin Jurahonov.

This school will accommodate 640 pupils in one shift. A total cost of the project is 17 million somoni. The school has 27 classrooms, including the study of chemistry, physics, biology, computer class, 7 working offices for teachers, library, gymnasium, assembly hall for 240 persons and a canteen. For sports and other events at the facility was built playground with 730 seats. Training classrooms are equipped with modern training equipment, which allows studying foreign languages ​​and computer technologies. In addition, the girls have been presented with the conditions for the development of various trades and crafts.

The Leader of the Nation H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon directly got acquainted with the conditions of classrooms, libraries, sports and assembly halls, as well as the canteen of the school, and praised the quality of construction works and conditions created for theoretical classes.

At the computer lab and classroom for the study of crafts, sports and assembly halls, the Head of state Emomali Rahmon got acquainted with the skills of computer technology by students, their music, the performing and athletic ability, he admonished them for further study of modern sciences and knowledge of computer technology, as well as crafts and improvement of their sports skills.
